Typical clear glass is made with a green hue which can alter the coloring of an image. The thicker the glass, the more the glass affects the true color. To minimize this effect, glass manufacturers have developed low iron glass, which is tint free thus transmitting the pure color of a back image. As shown below, glass substrate tints are available in a variety of colors, as well as our proprietary screen printed glass patterns, produced up to 60" x 96".
